Michael Shi is GE Aviation Regional General Manager for Greater China region within the Customer & Product Support Organization. In this role,

Michael will lead customer & product support operations in Greater China.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Aircraft and Power Plant Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in

China in 1998, then joined GE Aviation as a Field Service Engineer and held several different field assignments in China, Japan and Qatar. In 2006,

Michael became an ACFC Black Belt supporting the Greater China region. Upon certification, Michael started to run the Aviation Operations Center in

Shanghai in 2008, when he successfully transitioned majority of Asia fleet AOC support from Cincinnati to Shanghai. In 2010, Michael was selected for

General Electric the Corporate Leadership Staff (CLS) program and became a Customer Support Manager covering all commercial customers in South

Korea as his first assignment; then he moved to be Aviation Suzhou Actuation Operation Leader; then Michael also worked as Sales Support Director

for China Airlines, EVA Airways, all Chinese lessors and MRO account, most recently Michael was Sales Director and was responsible for leading the

accounts of Hainan Airlines group, Okay Airways and Juneyao Airlines.

施云翔先生目前担任通用电气航空集团大中华区客户支援总经理一职，领导所有航空技术和产品支援工作。

施云翔先生 1998 年毕业于南京航空航天大学主修民用飞机与发动机工程专业，之后以现场支援工程师加入中国通用电气航空集团，派驻中国，日本，卡

塔尔等地。2006 年，施云翔先生加入 GE 大中华区 ACFC 黑带项目并以优异成绩取得证书。2008 年始，主管上海航空技术支援中心的工作，并成功地

将承担了更多亚洲区的客户技术支持工作。2010 年，施云翔先生被选入通用电气 CLS 领导力项目并担任客户支持经理一职，负责南韩所有商用客户。之

后，他被调到通用电气苏州担任制动器运营经理。施云翔先生还担任过中华航空、长荣航空以及大中华区航空租赁和发动机维修客户的销售支持总监职位，

最近两年，又任销售总监负责海南航空集团，吉祥航空以及奥凯航空等客户。
