Zhao Wenbin currently serves as a Senior Engineer for PMA Management within the Material and Procurement Department of AMECO Beijing. She graduated from Guangzhou Civil Aviation College in 2009, majoring in Electronic Information Engineering. She joined Ameco in 2011, initially working on the planning and procurement of expendable aircraft materials. In 2016, following the establishment of Ameco’s PMA Part Management Team, she was appointed as a Senior Engineer for PMA Part Management, where he oversees the entire lifecycle of PMA parts—including demand management, supplier qualification, installation approval, price reviews, agreement execution, and continued airworthiness.

Mr. Liu has long specialized in process technology and supply chain management for aero-engine components production. In 2022, following the pandemic, he expanded into the civil aviation components sector, assuming responsibility for the operations and overall management of Xi’an Aero Engine Controls International. His expertise lies in the engineering, technology, and supply chain management of aero-engine components—specifically oil pumps and control valves. He is well-versed in the quality systems and supply chain intricacies of the aviation industry, possess extensive hands-on engineering experience, and have participated in the localization processes for various types of equipment. Since entering the civil aviation sector in 2022, alongside managing international civil aviation business, he has been closely monitoring the development of domestically produced civil aircraft and regional jets, as well as industry supply chain trends.

Huang Yong is currently Manager of the Procurement Section, Aviation Materials Department, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Division of Xiamen Airlines. With years of experience in the aviation material supply chain, he has worked in roles including aircraft material procurement, aircraft material repair dispatch, AOG support, and domestic PMA capability development. He is well-versed in aviation material airworthiness management, emergency support and domestic substitution of aviation parts.
