Nick Burns is an Engineer with American Airlines and has more than four years of experience supporting commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul programs. He develops repair solutions and technical instructions for Airbus and Boeing fleet components while collaborating with DERs, OEMs, and suppliers to support component reliability and return-to-service objectives. He also supports the evaluation and implementation of PMA and OOPP solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Previously, he served as a Boeing 787 Customer Support Engineer, providing structural repair guidance to airlines worldwide and supporting fleet reliability initiatives. Nick holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, with expertise in aircraft structures and components, composite materials, regulatory compliance, and aftermarket support.

Glen Edwardsen is BD Director of Vogt Aero, which is an aviation solutions company focused on understanding customer issues and developing the best, cost-effective solutions.  An FAA Production Approval Holder (PAH) with in-house DER support, Vogt Aero specializes in development and manufacturing of PMA replacements, STC modifications, and owner/operator produced parts.  Vogt Aero supports more than 50 international airlines and numerous repair stations throughout the world.
